How did this happen!? Jennie was so excited to turn 12.
She opened her presents in the morning so we could have a girls' day of walking the mall. She loved looking at all the shops. In the end, she chose a shirt and a mood changing necklace.
Jennie decided to eat at IHOP for her birthday meal.
A couple of friends gave her flowers and a writing tablet.
Since we were so busy shopping that I didn't have time to make a cake so Jennie got to pick her cake out from the bakery.
Jennie is such a joy to have around. She loves to joke with her dad and is a great big sister. Jennie loves sweets and chips and salsa. She has finally reached the same size in shoes and clothes as me. By the end of this year, she will be taller than me for sure.
