October 2020 Fun

The weather in October was very warm so we we're blessed with lots of outside time including several picnics in the park with friends. (These photos are backwards chronology.)

The kids were excited for Halloween that they spent a lot of time dressing up throughout the month.
The library finally opened up for in person visits so off we went. While we were there, we were given some take home science experiments. We learned about digestion and our lungs. Regina was especially happy since she got to have the left over soda
The younger kids and I went to Linder Farmers with the Primary kids. They loved the Hay ride, pumpkin patch, corn maze, and gigantic slide.

Wow this girl is growing up! We curled her hair for pictures and it aged her 5 years.

The girls have always wanted to try fake nails. I finally said yes. They loved them for about 30 minutes until it was to frustrating to do anything with them on.
The boys wanted fake vampire teeth since the girls got fake nails. We had a lot of fun being silly with them.
This boy and his stuffed animals. He loves every single one of them. Hopefully soon we'll get a twin size bed so he'll have enough room for them and himself to sleep.

Outdoor movie time! We bought a cheap projector and screen earlier this summer but didn't have a chance to use it. It just took too long for the sun to go down. The kids loved the popcorn and being outside.
October 1st was warm enough to play at the splash pad. Kyle was in heaven. We did get a few strange looks from people but he loved every minute of it.
