Thanks to Facebook Memories, I was reminded that it was three years ago that we got Annabelle as a pet.
So of course, we had to celebrate with a party!

It's crazy how attached you can get to a goldfish. At one point we thought we were going to loose her because the tanks' water ph got too acidic and burned her poor little fins, but they grew back. She has laid eggs twice since we've gotten her. The first time was a huge surprise seeing hundreds of pearly looking eggs all over the tank. She is one of the family now.
