We spent most Wednesdays going to Book and a Bite Activity. The kids got to do fun activities, eat lunch, and pick a book to take home.
We visited a splash pad in Caldwell. While we were there, the local TV News crew came to video it. The kids and Jenette got on TV that day just like Dad.
We spent a Saturday at Lucky Peak--Sandy Point. We had a great time swimming, paddle boarding, and playing in the sand.
While there, a butterfly landed on Bruce!
The kids and Jenette went to the zoo to see the new exhibits.
Lunch at the Park!
Matthew and Jenette went on a date to see the band, Collective Soul. It was a fun night of music and people watching.
Basque Days: We headed to the basque district of Boise to watch the dancers.
The highlight of the Basque Festival was the misting fan. It was a very hot day with very little shade to escape the heat.
One last picture: This crazy boy keeps us laughing. He made a cheese mustache with his cheese stick.
