Bruce got to have an extended birthday this year. He got to open presents and have cake on his actual birthday.
His big present was a new bike with a bell.
Bruce chose a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles.
Then on Saturday, we headed to the zoo. The kids loved seeing the new animal exhibits.
At the last minute in the Butterfly Garden, Matthew had a butterfly land on him.
For his birthday dinner, Bruce picked Pizza Pie Cafe. He hated pizza but loves dessert pizza and he got his fill of it.
Bruce is a great kid. He loves playing games especially chess. He loves bacon and eggs and would gladly eat them for every meal.
