Matthew has been waiting for this day to come for a very long time. In N Out Burger opened its first store in Oregon, and luckily it opened in our town. Weekly (if not daily) Matthew would drive to the construction site to see the progress. We waited a week after the store open to enjoy the food. So we didn't have to wait in line, we ate lunch at 10:30 am that morning---the line was around the corner by 11am, so we were glad to eat early.
It isn't just the food that makes this place special for Matthew. It is the memories he has as a kid driving to California with his family for the vacations.
