Happy Halloween 2013

For Halloween, we had a special pizza lunch with Matthew before taking him to the airport for a work.

Regina finally decided on being Minnie Mouse---she kept changing her mind until she saw a picture of Jennie in this costume.

Jennie decided to be a cheerleader. The letters on her shirt our the initials for her preschool---Roots and Wings. This was her choice.

Bruce was a frog. This is the costume that both the girls wore when they were little---it mostly fit Bruce. He was sooo cute because he would say Ribbit Ribbit.

Our ward combined with the another ward hosted a Trunk or Treat. The kids loved getting the candy and seeing all the decorated cars.

After trunk or treating, we trick or treated a couple blocks in our neighborhood. The girls loved going house to house. Their favorite part about going house to house was getting a stuffed animal from a house instead of candy.
We did have the Great Pumpkin come with presents--but it was a sad year for this tradition. Jennie wrote a letter to the Great Pumpkin asking for a new Woody doll. She did get it but she was in such a grumpy mood Halloween morning that she didn't even want to touch/play with him. Regina got a homemade tool belt since she keeps putting her "tools" in her waistband. She doesn't care about it either. And sadly Bruce didn't get anything. We have been dealing with sickness or Matthew working extra days for most the month that I wasn't able to go shopping without kids and Jennie is now at the age of noticing what is in the shopping cart.
