Happy Halloween 2017

This was the first year since Regina was a baby that we didn't have family around to help us celebrate Halloween. We just stuck to the actual day to celebrate--no ward Trunk or Treat for us. The kids were very excited to decorate the house. (We did that on Oct. 1st.)
We made our own "X-rays" with crayons and oil for a science project.
We also made our own witches hats--silly witches.

Kyle the Tiger wasn't too sure about the make-up on his face.
All the kids ready to trick or treat. Jennie and Regina were witches. Cody was a mouse. Bruce was a Boxer and Kyle was a Tiger.
The Great Pumpkin came after we finished Trick or Treating. He brought a puzzle for each of the kids. (Apparently, this was the wrong thing because most of the kids cried about there presents.)

We had our traditional dinner of pizza and yellow cake before trick or treating.
During the day, the girls had a costume parade at school. The boys and I had a good time seeing all the costumes.

In the morning, the boys and I went to the library to see a puppet show and enjoy popcorn. Bruce really liked the show. Cody loved the popcorn and Kyle liked the dancing before the show.

Bruce and Cody helped build skeletons.
