She has grown into an adorable girl who loves to help her mommy and is very tender hearted. She is very considerate of other people's feelings and loves to make sure everyone is included in the fun.
Today, Jennie turned 7 years old. She had grand plans for her birthday, but she was willing to tone it down.
For lunch time, we had a tea party complete with little sandwiches and small circle cookies. Then she opened up her presents. (We had trouble deciding what to get her, but we scored big by giving her a solar system poster which she asked for, and a nightlight that projects stars on the ceiling.) Plus she received money from great-grandmas, so she went to the store and picked out a present (a Barbie movie.) Finally for dinner, Jennie chose to have pizza and chocolate cake which she got to pick out from the store. Just before bed she said she had a great birthday--happy dance!
