Gingerbread Houses

We thought the kids were old enough to finally do gingerbread houses. Since it was our first time, we found a kit that had four small houses in it. It was an epic fail! The houses didn't fit together well and the frosting was a huge mess. The kids enjoyed eating the candy though. But now Matthew and I only remember doing this kind of activity as kids once or twice.
