Bruce's 2nd Birthday

 For Bruce's 2nd Birthday, we celebrated with just our little family. I made him a cake and attempted to decorate it but it was sooo hot in my kitchen that the frosting melted!

He loved all the presents he received: cars, puzzles, and a dump truck.

After cake and opening presents, we headed out to a baseball game! We thought the kids would like it but they enjoyed the food more than the game. And we discovered that Bruce did not like the team mascot, Rowdy.  He kept an eye out for him in entire time and would hide his eyes or cry every time Rowdy came near. (Notice on the above picture--Bruce is watching Rowdy get closer to us)

Bruce is my pioneer baby! On the Sunday after his birthday, his class received covered wagons from their teacher. Bruce loves filling it with things and walking it around the house.
